چکیده

Background and Aim: The genus of Lactococcus lactis belonging to the Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) group, is a gram-positive, faculative anaerobic, non-spore-forming, non-motile bacterium. present study aimed introduce LAB, especially non-pathogenic, non-invasive, safe lactis. Accordingly, we examined previous studies concerning advantages, limitations, promotion methods, future prospects oral vaccines based on this This because it potentially promising strategy for vaccine production prevention some infectious diseases. Methods & Materials: In review article, 62 related its application in producing were collected through searching databases, such as PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus published from 1981 2020. Ethical Considerations article was approved by Research Committee Arak University Medical Sciences with number 1396/99. Results: lactis, microorganism, widely used food industry. Live recombinant "biologic drug" orally administered one live expressing viral bacterial antigens. Conclusion: Recombinant Lactococcus-based vector can be suitable substitutes attenuated vaccines. Moreover, food-grade host manufacturing desired products human consumption over other systems. It also presents high potential delivery, mucosal methods prevent or treat certain

Edible vaccines: A new approach to oral immunization

Edible vaccines offer exciting possibilities for significantly reducing the burden of diseases like hepatitis and diarrhoea, particularly in developing world where storing and administering vaccines are the major problems. Edible vaccines are prepared by molecular farming using the science of genetic engineering. Selected genes are introduced into the plants. The transgenic plant is then induce...

Algae-based oral recombinant vaccines

Recombinant subunit vaccines are some of the safest and most effective vaccines available, but their high cost and the requirement of advanced medical infrastructure for administration make them impractical for many developing world diseases. Plant-based vaccines have shifted that paradigm by paving the way for recombinant vaccine production at agricultural scale using an edible host. However, ...

Recombinant Plants Provide a New Approach to the Production of Bacterial Polysaccharide for Vaccines

Bacterial polysaccharides have numerous clinical or industrial uses. Recombinant plants could offer the possibility of producing bacterial polysaccharides on a large scale and free of contaminating bacterial toxins and antigens. We investigated the feasibility of this proposal by cloning and expressing the gene for the type 3 synthase (cps3S) of Streptococcus pneumoniae in Nicotinia tabacum, us...

A New Approach to Nonstandard Analysis

In this paper, we propose a new approach to nonstandard analysis without using the ultrafilters. This method is very simple in practice. Moreover, we construct explicitly the total order relation in the new field of the infinitesimal numbers. To illustrate the importance of this work, we suggest comparing  a few applications of this approach with the former methods.
